Now that you've invested in your simulation program, it's important to continue to protect it. Our standard warranty covers issues that may arise during the first year of product ownership. Our Extended Warranty will continue to cover your equipment after this warranty expires. Signing up for our extended warranty covers all repair costs. It is the best way to protect your investment over time.

What's covered:

  • Materials issues
  • Manufacturing issues
  • Workmanship issues
What's not:
  • Misuse, normal wear and tear, accidental damage
  • Manikin accessories, 3rd party products (i.e. cables, batteries, clothing, etc.) 
  • Computers or monitors
  • Non-Laerdal operating software

How it works

Our extended warranty is available either as part of a ValuePlus package or individually, in single and multiple year plans. It is only available for purchase when the product is still inside the current warranty period and in combination with a preventive maintenance agreement.
