This patch fixes a problem seen under some circumstances where the License Server hangs while creating or sending a progress report of Resusci Anne Skills Station’s users.

Instructions:

1. 1. Unzip the file
   2. Paste the file “iphlpapi.dll” into the License Server installation folder
   3. Restart License Server application
