Changes in this release:
- LLEAP.
- If a theme or scenario has media files included, these files will now be visible directly in the Transfer Media dialogue in LLEAP.
- Renaming of SimMan 3G simulators has been made easier by moving it to Customize simulator in the Simulator Firmware & Network Wizard. Previously the user had to select Configure SimMan 3G Network and walk through all the steps to configure WiFi to rename the simulator.
- For SimNewB a checkbox to register that the simulator has been intubated has been added.
- LLEAP can now run on Windows 10 computers where FIPS (Federal Information Processing Standard) is enabled. LLEAP has been set to be exempted and is not validated against FIPS requirements
- Bug fixes:
- Fix for an issue where it was not possible to upgrade SimPad to the latest version using the Simulator Firmware and Network Wizard.
- Fix for Stomach “Inflate” that appeared on none suported simulators, only supported by SimJunior.
- Fix for button to disable and enable stomach distention that appeared for unsupported simulators, this button is now only available for SimJunior which has this feature.
- Fix for an issue on SimMan 3G where pacing did not affect the pulse.
- Fix for an error preventing Windows 10 updates to be run on SimMan simulators.
- Fixed an issue where the name for the “No” vocal sound had a misleading name in the French translation.
- Fixed range for Sinus 60 year range, now limited to 20-200.
- Fix for scenarios with Timer, the count down did not work properly.
- Patient Monitor.

Important:

The Laerdal Patient Monitor software is compatible with LLEAP and SimPad.
Laerdal Patient Monitor software is included when you download LLEAP. This download allows you to install Laerdal Patient Monitor software without installing LLEAP on the same computer.

- General maintenance, bugfixes and improvements.
Note:
Updating to Windows 10?- Using SimLink or Custom ad hoc network on SimPad, and considering upgrading to Windows 10 on your computers for Laerdal Patient Monitor?
- Microsoft ended their support for this type of network with the release of Windows 8. From Windows 10 the equipment will need to use a separate simulation network.
- Laerdal Patient Monitor 7.3 will be the last version that supports Windows 7

Changes in this release:
- EFM improvments.
- The appearance of Fetal Heart Rate and TOCO curves have been improved to resemble real data more accurately.
- The visibility of the time scale has been improved.
- The visibility of the values on the scale of EFM & TOCO have been improved.
- The paper speed can be changed by clicking the paper speed value on the EFM screen, which then toggles the view between 1cm/min, 2cm/min & 3cm/min speeds.
- A colored background has been added to the FHR, indicating different alert levels for the heart rate values. The levels can be set by the users in the profile editor and will carry through all scenarios.

- Fixes an issue where SimCapture recording was not automatically stopped when shutting down LLEAP and the simulator .

LLEAP Patch for 7.3.0, for older SimMan 3G who can't use LLEAP 8.0
This update is supplied to fix an issue where chest rise and lung sounds ceases on the SimMan 3G when used with ASL 5000 using a ventilator setting of PEEP 2 cm H2O or greater. The issue can also be resolved by upgrading to LLEAP 8.0.0. This patch should only be used if upgrade to 8.0.0 is not possible, e.g if using older SimMan 3G with XP embedded which is not supported on LLEAP 8.0.0 and onwards.
Important: ASL 5000 plugin needs to be uninstalled before patch installation and reinstalled afterwards. Remember to back up custom lung models when prompted during uninstall process and import again during install process after upgrade to patch.
Note:
- SimMan 3G updater might need several tries before the patch is installed on simulator

Changes in this release:
- New Device Connection Manager (DCM) application to manage network configurations more efficiently on multiple manikins.
- Enhanced support for Enterprise Network Security from SFNW & for SimMan3G with Wifi USB adapter.
- Fixed an issue where SimMan3G system time was not synced.
- Improved simulator connection on networks with high latency.
- Included WiFi driver to LLEAP installer (for SOM on SimMan3G).
- Fixed an issue where the simulation wouldn't use the wanted simulation profile unless explicitly selected. Could lead to using wrong units and similar problems.
- LLEAP supports transport layer security (TLS) 1.2 or greater for login to Scenario Cloud.
- Fixed an issue causing help files not to work.

Due to end of life for Windows XP Embedded used on older SimMan3G simulators, LLEAP will no longer supported as of this version, this applies to the following simulators - unless they have been upgraded to use Windows 7:
- SimMan3G simulators with serial numbers lower than 212-16140000
- SimMan3G Essential simulators with serial numbers lower than 213-16140000
- SimMan3G Essential Bleeding simulators with serial numbers lower than 214-1614000
- Before installing LLEAP, to secure a successful installation, please make sure the PC is fully updated through Windows Update. If you have problems starting LLEAP after installation, please download and run Visual C++ 2015 redistributable from this location: Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3. . Select and run vc_redist.x86 then try running LLEAP.
