A Laerdal Field Service Engineer will visit your facility to repair any pre-diagnosed issues with your non-warrantied Laerdal simulators or manikins. This will require the technical support team to identify the necessary repair and corresponding parts needed in advance of the Field Service Engineer visit. The cost of the parts is not included in this service and must be ordered separately.
