Product Returns

We will gladly accept and credit the full purchase price of merchandise returned in new and saleable condition, within 10 days of purchase. Credit will be issued upon receipt and evaluation of the merchandise. Please call for a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number prior to returning any items. RMA Numbers are valid for 10 days. All returned merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Report all shipping or invoice discrepancies to the Customer Services Team within 10 days of invoice date. Prices and specifications are subject to change without further notice.
Please note the products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging with their original labelling and with all their accessories. Packaging must not be damaged or opened prior to return. Without adherence to these Terms no credit can be issued.
