The Audacia Foundation, a certified Workforce Investment Organization, has been successful using a Managed Services Program. Audacia wanted to use simulation to improve and retrain skills among Certified Nursing Assistants in the long-term care environment, but lacked the space, resources, and competency to implement a simulation training program.
Collaboratively, Laerdal and Audacia developed a program in which Laerdal simulation equipment and pre-programmed scenarios are brought directly to the training sites. This full-service mobile solution allows training to take place at sites as needed, with very little interruption to their daily operations.
