Honouring the sustainable practices and initiatives of our suppliers

Sustainability is important to us at Laerdal. We firmly believe that a sustainable business is run by people, and we want to do the right thing for people and the planet. It is important for us to work with suppliers who share the same values and beliefs.

As part of our growing commitment to promoting long-term benefits around the world, we have been recognising business partners who share our goals with our Supplier Sustainability Awards since 2022.

We recognise them in two categories: Environmental protection and social responsibility.

Environmental Protection Award Winner for 2025

HEXPOL was selected as the winner of our 2025 Supplier Sustainability Award for Environmental Protection for their exceptional progress in reducing environmental impact.

As an EcoVadis Gold–rated and ISCC-certified supplier, they significantly support our Scope 3 reductions, backed by a remarkable 95% cut in their own Scope 1 and 2 emissions.

With additional ISO environmental certifications and a strong commitment to sharing best practices through networks and workshops, Hexpol is helping raise the sustainability bar across our value chain.

Social Responsibility Award Winner for 2025

CINIA received our 2025 Supplier Sustainability Award for Social Responsibility for their extraordinary commitment to inclusive employment and community impact.

As a key textile supplier from Mexico, CINIA demonstrates what true social responsibility looks like by operating with a workforce of 1,100 employees, 90% of whom have special needs. Their leadership in creating meaningful, dignified employment opportunities sets a powerful example far beyond traditional CSR efforts.

We are proud to partner with CINIA, whose products are found across much of our portfolio.
