Product Returns

Should you have the need to return goods back to Laerdal the following process should be followed:

  • Contact Laerdal Customer Service on 0800 331 565 within 7 days of receiving the delivery.
  • Have your purchase order number or invoice number available which will help us reference the goods you are returning.
  • Laerdal will issue you with a Return Goods Number which will need to be fixed on the box of the goods coming back to Laerdal.
  • Depending on the reason for return a Delivery fee and/or a Re-Stocking fee may be charged.
  • Upon Laerdal receipting delivery of the goods (if the product/s are in new condition) a Credit will be issued on your account.
