To meet the needs of nursing educators, Laerdal and the National League for Nursing have developed several scenario packages mapped to the 2007 NCLEX. 

Volume I contains 10 surgical scenarios and 10 medical scenarios and are designed to challenge students at different levels. The package includes basic and advanced scenarios. Cases range from obtaining vital signs through recognizing and managing life-threatening complications. Available for use on SimMan and SimMan 3G (Instructor Mode) or VitalSim.

Volume II contains 10 core and 10 complex cases and are more advanced than Volume I scenarios. These cases will challenge your nursing students to diagnose and treat rare cases in a clinical environment. Medical cases range from sickle cell anemia, experience with malfunctioning pacemaker/defibrillator, to renal failure and acute severe pancreatitis. Available for use on SimMan and SimMan 3G (Instructor Mode).
