Simulation Technician Pathway

Focuses on building technical confidence and operational fluency with simulation equipment, software, best practices and troubleshooting. Includes foundational courses and advanced modules on simulator setup, maintenance, and scenario execution. Synchronous online.

Program Faculty Pathway

Strengthens faculty instructional design and facilitation skills, enabling integration of simulation in curricula and leading meaningful debriefs and learning. Includes pedagogy, learner assessments, technical fluency, and scenario facilitation techniques.

Simulation Coordinator Pathway

Emphasizes planning, logistics, and scenario execution, helping manage operations and support faculty and learners effectively. Covers scheduling, resource coordination, and integration of simulation into the broader curricula.

Supports strategic leadership in quality improvement, program growth, and alignment with institutional goals to deliver measured results. Focuses on budgeting, staff development, strategic planning, and long-term growth and sustainability.
