Overview

A do-it-yourself kit for replacing the Resusci Baby Standard Head with the Resusci Baby Airway Head, enabling training of Advanced Airway Management with Airway Devices. The Resusci Baby QCPR Airway Head has been introduced as an upgrade for people who have the wireless Resusci Baby QCPR Standard Head and want to upgrade to an Airway Head. It is also used as a spare part for customers who have the wireless Resusci Baby QCPR Airway Head.

  • The Resusci Baby Airway Head is designed for Supraglottic (SG) intubation supporting the protocol for doing Endotracheal (ET or ETI) intubation in a resuscitation team training setting

    Enables training:

    • Supraglottic intubation techniques
    • EndoTracheal intubation techniques (The airway is anatomically correct down to the vocal cords. Seals when ventilating if tubes are inserted correctly)
    • Oropharyngeal and nasopharyngeal airway insertion
    • Bag-valve-mask ventilation
    • Heat-tilt/chin-lift and jaw-thrust manoeuvres

    The Resusci Baby Airway Head Upgrade Kit is designed so the user can carry out the installation themselves, with a how-to video showing the process
