"After the first conversation with our Impact Manager, I felt at ease and knew I would have a better understanding not only of the product but how to better collect data using SimCapture. We now use SimCapture for Standardized Patient (SP) interviews and will soon begin using it for SP inter-rater reliability. We are working with all our med school faculty to improve how we build checklists so we can gather appropriate data to track and improve student experiences."

She began her career in customer relations working for PFSweb out of Texas where she managed high-name clients such as Nokia and Chanel assisting with their website productivity, call center tracking, and the shipping and receiving of their products out of a central warehouse in Memphis, TN.
Moving to Alaska in 2010 she shifted slightly to the marketing side of customer service helping small to medium-sized businesses build their first websites and understand the benefits of both search engine optimization as well as online advertising.

Liz also maintains a desire to help clients standardize their programs to assist not only with efficiency but also with a potential target of accreditation. In full support of Laerdal’s overarching company goal to save more lives, she drives to engage with as many clients as possible in hopes of creating a positive impact on that effort.
