Dr. Veronica Gillispie-Bell is a Board-Certified Obstetrician & Gynecologist and the Section Head of Women’s Services at Ochsner Kenner in New Orleans, where she also directs Quality for Women’s Services across Ochsner Health. With expertise in managing heavy menstrual bleeding and advanced minimally invasive surgeries, she’s a national leader in addressing maternal health disparities. Dr. Gillispie-Bell serves as Medical Director of Louisiana's Perinatal Quality Collaborative and Pregnancy-Associated Mortality Review, improving birth outcomes and advocating for racial equity in maternal health. She’s been featured by USA Today, The New York Times, Good Morning America, and has testified before Congress.
Carol A. Fuller, RN, is the System Director of Nursing for Women & Children’s Services at Bronson Healthcare in Kalamazoo, MI, with 40+ years in nursing leadership. She promotes equity for families of color and supports Magnet and Baby Friendly designations. Carol holds a BSN, an MBA, and multiple certifications and volunteers as a Sexual Assault Advocate.
Helen has been with Laerdal Medical for 10 years, contributing to their mission of helping save lives. As the Marketing Operations Associate for the North American team, she plays a key role in supporting healthcare simulation initiatives. Helen is deeply passionate about advancing simulation in healthcare and improving patient outcomes.
