Shipping & Handling

The following shipping charge matrix applies to the USA and Canada, for all order types (web, fax, phone, email, etc.):

Shipping Rates 

Expedited shipping service is available (2 day priority shipping is required for Hawaii). Expedited orders will ship same business day as long as they are received by 5 pm EST (Mon-Fri excluding National Holidays). Also please note that deliveries are Mon-Fri only. Weekends (Sat & Sun) do not count as delivery or shipping days.

Orders ship partial, which means if an item on your order is out of stock, the rest of your order will ship. No additional shipping charges apply for multiple shipments of the same order due to stock issues or multiple warehouses.

All orders ship via Fed-Ex, so no PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for orders placed online. If you need USPS delivery, please contact our Customer Support by either phone, fax, or email.

Laerdal Medical is not responsible for delayed shipments due to weather, natural disasters or any other uncontrollable event that can interrupt Fed-Ex transportation. Please see the FedEx Service Alerts on their website for any current alerts.
