Malignant Hyperthermia

Hyperthermia

Prepare healthcare professionals for effectively managing this rare but life-threatening reaction. Through individual skills training, assessment, and teamwork scenarios, participants will learn to recognize the signs and symptoms and diagnose and treat malignant hyperthermia. The module covers important topics such as defining malignant hyperthermia and its pathophysiology, identifying common triggers and risk factors, understanding clinical manifestations and complications, and applying the MHAUS protocol for proper management.

Fire in the OR

Fire in the OR

A simulation-based training that prepares participants to respond swiftly and safely in the event of a fire in the operating room. This module focuses on fire prevention, detection, and extinguishing techniques and the proper evacuation procedures for patients and staff. Participants will learn about the fire triangle, gain knowledge about risk factors and warning signs, and practice proper RACE protocol. 

Trauma & Massive Transfusion Protocol

Provides simulation-based training for healthcare professionals in managing trauma cases secondary surveys of trauma assessment, identifying and treat life-threatening injuries, estimating blood loss, and determining fluid replacement needs. This module covers the activation and implementation of Massive Transfusion Protocol (MTP) following institutional guidelines. Available for both Adult and Pediatric

Patient De-esculation

Supports the development of skills and techniques necessary to manage difficult encounters in a healthcare setting. Participants will enhance their ability to navigate challenging situations confidently and professionally. This module covers recognizing signs of agitation, mastering effective communication, and de-escalating conflicts.
