TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In these Standard Conditions, "Laerdal Singapore" shall mean the party appearing on the front page of this document.

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:

  • "us" or "we" means Laerdal, and "our" has a corresponding meaning. Laerdal means Laerdal Singapore Pte Ltd ("Laerdal Singapore") for transactions with you.
  • "you" means the purchaser or proposed purchaser or offeree of any goods from us, and "your" has a corresponding meaning.
  • "goods" shall mean any goods offered, sold or supplied by us.
  1. Any quotation by us will be open for acceptance for no more than 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified in writing.
  2. All online payments must be made at the time of purchase using Visa or Mastercard credit cards only. Your order will be processed only after successful payment authorization.
  3. Delivery is limited to addresses within Singapore only. Orders with delivery addresses outside of Singapore will be rejected, and a 5% processing fee will be applied to these transactions. We are not responsible for any credit card exchange charges or fees imposed by your bank or payment processor.
  4. (a) Where a period is named for delivery, and such period is not extended by mutual consent in writing, the buyer shall take delivery within that period.
    (b) Acceptance of orders for goods to be sold shall be subject to availability of stocks and no claim whatsoever in connection herein shall be entertained.
  5. Any time or date for delivery named by Laerdal Singapore is an estimate only, and Laerdal Singapore shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay due to force majeure.
  6. Returns will not be accepted unless they have been authorised and are returned in the same condition that in which they were dispatched. Authorised returns must be sent to us at our address on the invoice with freight prepaid by you and will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. If the freight on authorised returns has not been pre-paid by you, we reserve the right to refuse the returns or the right to pay the freight and charge you for the freight and an administration fee.
