Differential diagnosis of pericardial effusion, pneumothorax, fluid accumulation in the chest, hemothorax, and fluid accumulation in the abdomen. - Pericardiocentesis
Use ultrasound equipment to determine the accurate location, size, and depth of pericardial effusion. Select the optimal puncture path, avoiding vital organs.
Abdominal
Abdominal training skills include:
- Examine the size, shape, internal structure, and blood flow of abdominal organs such as the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, and kidneys.
- Evaluate the presence of space-occupying lesions in the organs, such as cysts, abscesses, hematomas, and tumors, and determine their nature.
- Observe the presence of enlarged lymph nodes or ascites in the abdominal and pelvic cavities.
Emergency
Emergency training skills include:
- Ultrasound-guided ECMO catheterization
Training in two intubation modes for ECMO, namely, venous-arterial intubation VA-ECMO and venous-venous intubation VV-ECMO.
After successful catheterization, switch to the ECMO/CRRT mode on the simulator, allowing for extracorporeal circulation with real ECMO equipment. - Ultrasound-guided CRRT catheterization
Two types of CRRT catheters approaches can be selected: Via internal jugular vein and via femoral vein.
After successful catheters, switch to the ECMO/CRRT mode on the simulator, allowing for circulation with real CRRT equipment.

OB & GYN training skills include:

Training skills include:
- Identify artery and vein - The arterial pulse is simulated and can be seen under ultrasound.
- Simulate blood circulation. Using Color Doppler ultrasound to distinguish the direction of blood flow and distinguish between arterial and venous blood.
- Simulate arterial pulse. The arterial pulse rate can be adjusted. Distinguish arteries and veins through spectral waveform under ultrasound.
- Vessel puncture and catheters.
