These comprehensive service packages are available for our entire portfolio of patient simulators and can include everything from installation and in-service training of a new simulator to extended warranties, ongoing preventative maintenance and loaner equipment.

ValuePlus Program Options

A variety of plan levels are available in two-year, three-year, and five-year terms. There are also annual renewals available for the Platinum plan that allow extended coverage for up to eight additional years.

Platinum ValuePlus Service Plan

Offers the highest level of support in implementation and ongoing maintenance of your simulator. The Platinum ValuePlus Plan offers the most streamlined service with a professionally trained Laerdal technician handling the complete installation, orientation and annual preventative maintenance at your own facility. In addition, comprehensive loaner and extended warranty coverage is included with this plan.

Platinum ValuePlus Service Renewal Plan

When your Platinum ValuePlus Service is about to expire choose this option. Continue to extend the life of your well-maintained simulator by keeping the same level of coverage minus the installation and orientation. Based on the age of your simulator, the Platinum Renewal Plan is available for up to eight additional years.

Gold ValuePlus Service Plan

The right plan for those who need to maintain all-inclusive coverage of the Platinum Plan but have the resources to return their simulator to the Laerdal facility for the annual preventative maintenance service. The Gold ValuePlus Service Plan delivers complete installation, orientation, return-to-bench annual preventative maintenance and comprehensive loaner and extended warranty coverage.

Silver ValuePlus Service Plan

Provides the peace of mind that Laerdal will be there for the initial setup and orientation of your new simulator, as well as coverage during critical breakdowns. The Silver ValuePlus Service Plan is recommended for facilities that have experienced simulation technicians on staff who can handle basic preventative maintenance tasks. It includes installation, orientation, loaner and extended warranty coverage.

Bronze ValuePlus Service Plan

This plan is best suited for facilities that have experienced simulation staff with the skills to install, operate and maintain their own equipment. The Bronze ValuePlus Service Plan offers protection during critical breakdowns with comprehensive loaner and extended warranty coverage.
