Simulator Installation

Ensure you start off on the right foot. Receive a free installation with the purchase of ProTech for any new simulator. Our installation service gives you a professional setup of your simulator and basic operating training.

Periodic Maintenance

With the purchase of ProTech you will be eligible for a set number of on-site Periodic Maintenance (PM) visits with a Laerdal Technical Representative for the duration of your contract.

Note, all PMs must be used by the end of your ProTech contract and will expire if not utilized in that timeframe.

Product and Simulator Coverage

Don’t panic if something goes wrong - Laerdal has you covered. With ProTech, your simulator, instructor laptop/SimPad device, and patient monitor are all covered.

Note, coverage is applicable only for products purchased from Laerdal.

Premium Technical Support

Need fast, first call resolution for an unexpected problem? Don’t worry - Laerdal has you covered for that, too. With ProTech coverage, you will be assigned a dedicated, technical support representative who will act as your go-to contact for technical assistance. Benefit from personalized service, overnight shipping, expedited repairs, guided software refreshes, and the ability to schedule a session with our Technical Support team.

Loaner Program

We want to ensure you experience minimal downtime, no matter the issue. If we cannot return your simulator to you in a timely manner, we will ship you a loaner that you can use in the interim.

Updates & Modifications

Avoid downtime from unexpected updates. Leardal will be sure to notify you about the update or modification needed for your product(s). We will help you arrange for your update to take place when it is most convenient for you. 

Priority Service​

Experience expedited repairs and evaluations, either onsite* or shipped from our repair center within 7 business days.

*Some exclusions may apply, continental US only.

Stay connected with our team through regular Pulse-Checks.  These check-ins help us understand your needs, address concerns, and ensure a successful experience with your ProTech by Laerdal plan.

Enjoy comprehensive coverage for your simulator, including enhanced warranty protection for damage during intended use, ensuring peace of mind and reliable performance. 

Technology Updates

Keep your simulators at the cutting edge with regular technology updates for instructor computers, SimPads, or tablets, ensuring access to the latest advancements and improvement in these devices. Available with 3+ year plan renewals.
