Safety Culture Debrief Period Mini-Revie

A follow up engagement and expert analysis of a single hospital site’s particular area of concern revealed by the Patient Safety Culture Debrief.  Takes the form of a written condensed version of the AHRQ Hospital Survey on Patient Safety (HSOPS), targeting specific departments and issues to identify if continuous improvement has been achieved or if perceptions of patient safety have changed.  Parameters for PulseCheck need to be established in advance and agreed to between Laerdal/Synensis and hospital client.
