An immersive, hands-on experience demonstrating how team training and simulation prepare clinicians to manage high-pressure, real-world scenarios—reinforcing communication, decision-making, and patient safety.

Participants will rotate through a 10-minute de-escalation training experience in groups of five, featuring both virtual and in-person simulation scenarios.
