This Learning Lab explores how translational simulation supports these capabilities by providing rich, context-specific insights that drive safer, higher-quality care. Participants will engage with AI-powered platforms that support during planning, data capture, and summarizing findings and recommendations from simulation activities. We’ll discuss co-design methods and simulation as a collaborative space to involve staff and patients in co-creation of meaningful change. Attendees will gain practical strategies for using translational simulation to understand work in complex environments, to test planned changes, and to embed change for lasting impact.
