The 2017 NLN Summit theme, "Our Community of Colleagues," represents the NLN vision of a nursing profession that embraces the connectedness of education and practice: faculty in the classroom and lab; interprofessional educators of physicians, pharmacists, physical therapists and others; preceptors and educators in our hospitals; nurses at the bedside, both new and experienced; and nurse administrators dealing with transition to practice challenges. Presenters and attendees, representing "our community of colleagues," share expertise and insight on topics that affect quality health care and reflect the League’s core values – caring, integrity, diversity, and excellence.
