Roxane Gardner

Roxanne Gardner, MD, MSHPE, DSc

Roxane Gardner, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Harvard Medical School, affiliated with Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston Children’s Hospital, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. She serves as Executive Director of the Center for Medical Simulation, where she also leads the Simulation Fellowship, International Scholars Program, and Labor and Delivery Program. A former Associate Medical Director for Patient Safety at CRICO, her work focuses on patient safety, team performance, and simulation-based education.

Lon Setnik

Lon Setnik, MD, FACEP, MHPE

Dr. Lon Setnik, MD, FACEP, MHPE, is an emergency physician and simulation expert with over 20 years of experience in clinical care, education, and systems improvement. He practices at Littleton Regional Hospital in New Hampshire and serves as Director of Clinical Programs at the Center for Medical Simulation, Lecturer at Harvard Medical School, and Assistant Clinical Professor at UNECOM. A respected educator and speaker, he focuses on faculty development, team training, and critical event management, with a passion for fostering psychological safety and excellence in patient care.
