When we provide patient care to the sick and injured as their family members watch our every move, we encounter stress, but the way you run a street call with your partners will not suffice in a competition. When we compete, that stress is exponentially increased. When judges, doctors, and your peers are watching, every move you make is critical. “Practice makes perfect” is our motto. Knowing your partners, what they’re capable of and their specialties, along with communication, are all critical factors that contribute to a team’s success.
